Shipping time takes 1-5 working days all over the Netherlands. We deliver with PostNL and DHL Netherlands.

International shipping is performed by DHL and UPS services and takes 3-10 working days, the time of delivery depends on your location.

Not the right size? Of course, that can happen for example when it does not fit properly, it was delivered in the wrong color or size, it is different from what you expected or it arrived damaged.

Returning is very easy!

Items must be returned within 14 days. This period starts on the day you receive the order.

Items must be unused and undamaged, with all original labels and tags still attached.

Fox Lingerie reserves the right to refuse refunds if the items are not returned in their original condition.

To obtain a full refund, please ensure that the sticker located on the inside of the underwear is not removed during size fitting.

The return via the carrier is paid by the buyer.
